Dow Elef International (T) offer heavy haul and over-dimensional trucking services, using special lowloader trailers, including extendible and modular units, which allow it to transport almost any cargo with minimal surcharges. Our Operations Team is able to procure permits, arrange police or other government escorts where necessary, and supervise the entire process from loading and lashing to delivery.

Dow Elef International (T) offer all clearing services: permanent & temporary import, transit, exempted cargo, re-export, import under bond, etc. We have teams of qualified and experienced staff at all major entry/exit points, ports, airport and borders. Our network allows us to offer destination clearance in Tanzania, Uganda, Rwanda, Kenya, South Sudan and Eastern DRC. Our declaration experts guide our customers on how to prepare their documentation and what to expect in terms of customs requirements.
Storage & Warehousing
Container Freight Station (CFS)
Dow Elef International (T) enjoy preferential CFS services in Dar Es Salaam and offers a first class container storage yard; which means all customs clearance can be efficiently effected there under customs control. This gives clients much more flexibility and speeds up the delivery time for their containers. Our CFS offers a dedicated rail siding, warehouse, reachstackers and ample space for our clients needs on import, export and transit cargo.
Bonded & Free Warehousing / Storage
Bonded Warehousing services are provided on request subject to conformity to the customs restrictions. A list of warehousable goods will be provided on request.
Free Warehousing/storage services are provided for local cargo where duty is fully paid, pending delivery as may be required. Perseus will provide you with ample warehousing space in a safe, compliant and ventilated environement.

Equipment Rental
Handling & Lifting Equipment Rental
Dow Elef International (T) offers through strategic partner alliances a range of material handling equipment which includes a range of forklifts and telehandlers with capacities ranging from 3 tons up to 16 tons, rough terrain and crawler cranes ranging from 45 ton to 200 ton capacity, as well as a variety of sideloaders, man lifts, and other equipment. All machinery is certified to international standards and certification is renewed every 12 months.
All operators and riggers have years of experience working in relevant industries on similar machines. Drivers undergo constant training courses to ensure their certificates and knowledge are always up to date.
Storage & Project Equipment Rental
Through our partnerships, we offer a wide range of equipment to support all kind of projects in East Africa.
